Amplified Voices is guided by a small, committed board that provides strategic oversight, accountability, and support for our work across communities.

Rachel is the Founder of Amplified Voices and brings extensive experience in music, creative practice, community wellbeing, and leadership. As Chair, she provides strategic direction and ensures the organisation remains rooted in its mission to support wellbeing, connection, and inclusion through creative expression.

Des brings experience in education and youth work, with a strong understanding of community engagement and support for young people. He contributes insight into programme development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.

Rebecca oversees the financial governance of Amplified Voices, ensuring responsible financial management, transparency, and compliance. She brings financial oversight and supports the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
